Woddie ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Spanish law (LOPDGDD).
Woddie is an independent iOS app developed by Germán Rodríguez, based in Spain. For any privacy-related questions you can contact us at teamwoddie@gmail.com.
On this website we only collect your email address when you voluntarily sign up for the Woddie beta waitlist. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data through this form.
Your email address is collected solely to notify you when Woddie beta access becomes available, and to send you occasional updates about the app's development. We will never use your email for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
We process your data based on your explicit consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You gave this consent by submitting the signup form and confirming your email address via the double opt-in confirmation email.
Your email address is stored securely on Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), our email marketing platform. Brevo is a European company that complies fully with GDPR. You can read Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
We will keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or until Woddie is no longer in development — whichever comes first. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send you.
Under GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, withdraw your consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD) at aepd.es.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at teamwoddie@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
